Student Visa Requirements

Complete the Visa Form: Fill out the Application for National Visa form clearly in capital letters or type it.

• Ensure that all questions are addressed, leaving no blank lines.
• Declare Marital Status: Clearly indicate your marital status on the form.
• Forms with corrections will not be accepted, so make sure it's error-free.
• The application must be filled out personally by the applicant.

Valid Passport: Your passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the date of your Polish visa's expiration.

• The passport must have at least two blank pages available for visa stamps.
• Provide a copy of the passport pages containing your personal data.
• Submit all your previous passports.
• University Acceptance: Include an acceptance letter from the university, along with confirmation of fee payment for at least one year for long-term studies or one semester for short-term studies.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV): Provide your curriculum vitae (CV).
• Educational Certificates: Include certificates of your educational qualifications, such as 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets and certificates, as well as graduation mark sheets and certificates (for postgraduate courses). These documents must be authenticated by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
• Financial Resources: Submit documents confirming sufficient financial resources for studying in Poland. If you have a bank account, provide bank statements with a minimum balance of 10-12 lakh.
• Sponsorship Letter: Include a letter from your host or sponsor confirming their support during your stay in Poland. This should be accompanied by bank statements, bank certificates, income tax documents, and information about fixed deposits.
• Criminal Record Certificate: Obtain a legalized Police Clearance Certificate to demonstrate a clean criminal record.
• Insurance Policy: Secure an insurance policy with coverage of 30,000 euros for one year.
• Travel Plans: Provide evidence of ticket booking or an itinerary for your travel.
• Covering Letter: Draft a cover letter as part of your application.
• Photographs: Ensure your visa photos meet the specified requirements.
• CA Report (if available): Include a Chartered Accountant (CA) report if applicable.
